ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bits.media 报道，俄罗斯政府针对加密货币监管的法案在二读时将进行修订，拟赋予央行对加密货币交易反洗钱验证服务制定要求的权力。财政部金融政策司司长阿列克谢·雅科夫列夫表示，希望授权央行向 AML 服务提出要求，使其能够核查交易是否符合现行俄罗斯法律和规范。财政部代表称，当局计划强制 AML 服务考虑“外部视角”，分析俄罗斯加密钱包在国际服务中的表现以及“俄罗斯体系在海外形成的形象”，同时此类服务需“维护俄罗斯金融基础设施的保密性”，不向外人透露其运作原则和内部流程细节。AML 服务是帮助用户核查加密钱包在国际制裁、反洗钱和反恐融资方面风险的平台。目前俄罗斯此类平台的主要监管机构是俄罗斯联邦金融监督局。
