Rippleがブラジルで暗号資産ライセンス申請へ 米リップル（Ripple）が、ブラジル全土における事業展開の拡大について3月17日に発表した。これには、同国での暗号資産（仮想資産）サービス事業者（PSAV）ライセンスの申請予定、機関投資家向けサービスの拡充計画が含まれる。 発表によるとリップルは、PSAVライセンスをブラジル中央銀行（BCB）に申請する予定としている。また同社は、決済、カストディ（保管）、ステーブルコイン、プライムブローカレッジ、トレジャリー（財務資産）管理を組み合わせた機関投資家向けサービスを、ブラジルを含むラテンアメリカで拡充する方針とのこと。 同社によると、ブラジルで事業を展開する複数の企業が、決済、カストディ、ステーブルコインの分野で実際にリップルの各種サービスを利用しているという。 決済分野では、金融機関バンコジェニアル（Banco Genial）が、国際決済サービス「リップルペイメンツ（Ripple Payments）」の活用により当日中の米ドル送金に対応しているとのこと。同社は暗号資産関連の資金フローに、米ドル連動型ステーブルコイン「リップルUSD（RLUSD ($1.00 · Live)）」を導入する取り組みも進めているという。 またブラジルの銀行ブラザバンク（Braza Bank）が、米ドル決済の効率化に向けてリップルペイメンツを採用し、分散型レイヤー1ブロックチェーン「XRP ($1.46 · Live)レジャー（XRP Ledger：XRPL）」上でブラジルレアル建てステーブルコイン「BBRL」を発行したという。 さらにフィンテック企業ノマド（Nomad）は、ブラジルと米国間のトレジャリー業務の効率化に向けて、リップルペイメンツとその流動性ネットワークを活用しているとのこと。あわせて同社は、RLUSDなどのステーブルコインを用いた決済にも対応しているという。 カストディ分野では、トークン化資産の発行・提供を手がけるCRXが、XRPレジャーおよび機関投資家向けデジタル資産保管ソリューション「リップルカストディ（Ripple…
